Prototypes Made in India

Drilling Department
A range of 1- to 6 spindle drilling machines are available for flexible adjustment to order size and lead time. Mechanical drills down to 0,20mm are available. This ensures high precision and consistent quality even for complex multilayer boards.
Through-Hole-Plating
The plating process (PTH) is a computer-controlled immersion copper process for best quality and reliability. This guarantees optimal conductivity and durability for all plated through-holes.
DES-Line (Development, Etching Stripping)
One long DES-line allows maximum throughput combined with optimized quality for line/space distance down to 4mil (0,10mm). This enables fine structures to be produced reliably, even for demanding circuit designs.
Copper Exposure
Clean-room environment is maintained inside the exposure room for copper and solder mask. This controlled and encapsulated process ensures sharp imaging and prevents defects during production.
Wet Process
All wet processes are maintained in a controlled environment, well documented and within strict quality ranges. This ensures stable production conditions and consistently high board quality.
AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection)
High-resolution camera systems in our AOI automatically inspect inner and outer layers for defects such as shorts, opens, and line width variations. This guarantees early detection of faults and ensures only flawless boards move forward in production.
Multilayer Lamination
Layers are pressed together under high temperature and pressure using state-of-the-art lamination presses up to TG180 PCBs. Precise control of heat and pressure ensures stable bonding and minimal warpage. This process enables reliable multilayer stack-ups with excellent mechanical and electrical performance.
E-Test
Each PCB is tested for continuity and isolation using advanced flying probe and fixture systems. This verifies that all nets are correctly connected and free of shorts. This final check ensures full functionality and maximum reliability before delivery.
Routing Department
Finished panels are separated into individual PCBs using CNC routing or V-scoring with high precision. Edges and contours are machined according to customer specifications. This guarantees exact board dimensions and smooth handling in further assembly processes.
