Terms and conditions for PCB orders, payments, delivery, and warranties.
Your Guide to Ordering with Us
1. Payment
- Standard payment terms are 100% advance payment, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
- All setup costs and incidental expenses are included in the quoted price unless specified separately.
2. Pricing
- Prices quoted are valid for two (2) weeks from the date of issuance.
- Prices are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of inquiry.
- Final pricing will be confirmed in the Order Acknowledgement, once PCB design specifications are fully verified.
- All prices are subject to GST, which will be applied on the actual order value at the time of confirmation.
- Pricing assumes the ENIG surface finish area does not exceed 30% of the PCB. If it exceeds this limit, the cost may be revised.
3. Standard Specifications (if not provided by customer)
If no PCB fabrication specifications are supplied, the following Leiton standards will apply:
- PCB Thickness: 1.6 mm
- Copper Thickness: 35 µm
- Surface Finish: RoHS Compliant
- IPC Standard: Class 2
4. Order Processing
- Production schedules and delivery commitments are valid only after receipt of:
- Official order confirmation, and
- All required technical documentation.
- Orders confirmed after 08:30 AM IST on a working day will be treated as received the following business day. This will be considered as Day 1 for production and delivery timeline calculations.
5. Delivery
- Delivery timelines refer to the dispatch date from our facility only.
- Transportation time is not included in the production schedule and is subject to the conditions of the logistics provider.
- While every effort is made to deliver as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances may impact manufacturing and logistics. The Company shall not be liable for minor deviations from the committed delivery dates.
6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty
- All PCBs are manufactured in accordance with the specifications agreed upon in the Order Acknowledgement.
- The Company’s liability is limited strictly to the replacement of defective products or a refund of the invoiced value of the defective goods, at its discretion.
- The Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or claims from third parties).
- Delays in delivery caused by factors beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to shortages of raw materials, transportation delays, strikes, accidents, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
- No other warranties, express or implied (including those relating to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), shall apply beyond what is expressly stated herein.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
